Quelqu'un en sait un peu plus sur ces "modules" DIY ?
Volfram
Volфram is semi-modular noise synthesizer and fx-proccesor based on digital 8-bit echo chip Ht-8970.
It can be used as flexible delay/reverb processor, fuzz and complex noise generator. All these fx-capabilitys can be mixed and controlled with much flexibility.
First prototype was designated especially for experimental band from Israel - SEVENTEEN MIGS OF SPRING.
Astat
Bitcrasher + lo-fi digital frequency shifter + noise oscillator and complex glitch generator
general features
- 4 fx sound mode
- 12 banana patch points which can work as body contacts
- "MCR" - modulator-controlled resistor
- "audio in/out", "dc in" and ground connection (for volfram)
- 2 assignable resistors (500k and 100k)
- "volume" and "stab" (power starve) pots
Corvax
It is a combination of unusual resonant filter, 4 squarewave LFOs and 2 LFO-controlled switchers that can interact with other modules.
These LFOs and filter can be used together or separately. They both can also work as modulators for other modules too.
Based on TDA1524 IC, filter can be used as low-, hi- and bandpass at the same time. Also it can function as a standalone noise source with extremely wide pitch range.
All 4 LFOs can modulate each other thus it's possible to create complex waveforms and random fluctuations.
hEx
6-step signal switcher-sequencer. Special for Volfram, Astat and Corvax modules.
Volfram expander
Custom version of the Volfram
C'est apparemment utilisé et fabriqué par un certain "vtol" mais j'en sais pas beaucoup plus...
Néanmoins voici une vidéo de ce dernier avec quelques uns des modules en action:
