Thank you for the checking your power supply and Poly Evolvers operation at your friends house. From what you describe, it sounds as if there is a power supply problem within the Poly Evolver itself. It will need to be sent in for repair. Not to worry, we have an authorized service center in Germany where you would need to send your Poly Evolver for the repair. The repair itself would be free of charge as your instrument is still covered under warranty.
Would you please send me your physical mailing address and phone number information? Once I have this information, I will assign a return authorization number for your repair and get you in contact with our authorized service center.
